Automatic assembly of wooden containers
A semi-automatic assembly fixture that is driven by pneumatic drives. The machine frame is made of a structural profile, sheet metal, and the positioning elements are made of polymer materials. It can be used to assemble containers of various sizes, as the design includes the possibility of manual adjustment.
This project is an example of partial reverse engineering. Part of the equipment was measured and implemented in three-dimensional form by our experts, part was designed in accordance with the requirements of the customer.
Serves for positioning and fixing products of complex geometry during manual welding. When designing, the need for "fine" adjustment of the positioning elements and the ergonomics of the entire product were taken into account. The equipment is installed at one of the enterprises of St. Petersburg.
Table for loading large trucks
The maximum payload is 6 tons, the length of the truck trailer is up to 12 meters. The movement is carried out using a gear motor connected to the plate on which the load is located. The hydraulic cylinder system allows you to set the entire device relative to the side of the machine, as well as to rigidly fix the rear side relative to the loading "gate" of the device.
Lifting device
Able to move various parts weighing up to 500 kg in a radius of 3 meters to a height of 2 meters. The drive can be either a pneumatic cylinder or a gear motor with a fixed gear screw nut. An operator panel with control buttons was installed at the end of the device's extreme link.
Gripping devices
Mechanical devices with pneumatic drive. Are established together with lifting mechanisms. Their main task is to capture and hold in the process of transferring the product of complex geometry to the processing machine. The frame is mainly made of structural profile and sheet metal, which significantly increases manufacturability and reduces the cost of production. For the most critical parts, a strength simulation was carried out taking into account the arising loads and the materials used.
